GIVING INSTRUCTION

Hai guys…

Sekarang kita bakal membahas tentang GIVING INSTRUCTION.Hampir setiap hari kita pasti meminta tolong orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu,nah saat itulah kita MEMBAERI INSTRUKSI.Gimana sih caranya memberi  instruksi dalam Bahasa Inggris ? Untuk mejawab itu mari simak baik – baik yah……….

Giving Instruction is an expression that is used in order that other person does what we instruct or request.

Instruction usually begin with infinitive without to (verb base).Remember ! To make an instruction sound more polite,use the word ‘please’ at the beginning or the end of the instruction.

The example expression of giving instruction :

¡  Open your book!

¡  Close the door, please!

¡  Be quiet, please!

¡  Move the chair!

¡  Open the window!

¡  Pass me the sugar, please!

¡  Stand up, please!

¡  Remove the pan from the heat,please

¡  Switch off the phone in the class

¡  Please read the rules first

 Notes :

1.   If we do not use a verb as a commanding world,use  be +  adjective

Ex :

·         Be careful

·         Be gentle

2.   When we forbid someone to do something,use don’t  + verb infinitive without to or don’t + be + adjective.

Ex :

·         Don’t be noisy

·         Don’t eat the fried chicken in the cupboard

3.    The tense used in giving instruction is ‘simple present’
